The Story
Behind The Vision
From the age of 10, Angela Johnson first picked up a camera in Brazil—drawn instinctively to light, detail, and the quiet beauty of everyday moments. What began as curiosity soon became a lifelong visual language.
After relocating to the United States, that early passion evolved into over a decade of professional photography, alongside more than 20 years dedicated to education and creative leadership.
Today, Angela is a global photographer, educator, and founder of Glam Studios and The GlassHouse Studio—known for her refined, intentional approach that blends emotion, culture, and elevated storytelling.
Her work spans portraits, newborns, and destination weddings around the world, each frame crafted with a distinct sense of artistry and restraint. At the heart of everything she creates is family—travelling, building, and creating alongside her husband and daughter.
Beyond the lens, Angela now guides other creatives through education, presets, and curated creative spaces—helping them refine their craft, elevate their brand, and create work that feels both effortless and deeply considered.
